How many business days for shipping?
3-5 days Metro Manila; 5-7 days provincial
How many days for processing before shipping?
1-2 days; Orders are processed everyday except on Sundays and holidays.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Zoië, we currently do not offer refunds for purchases. All sales are considered final. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under the following conditions:
- Timeline for allowable returns: 7 days
- Exchanges can only be done once.
- Returned items must have tags still intact.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (must be unused and unwashed).
- Item for exchange must be of same value. For higher-priced items, customer will shoulder the difference.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

What if the item was damaged or wrong size was sent?
We will shoulder the shipping arrangements.
What if I had a change of mind?
Returns due to change of mind will not be accommodated.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Customer will shoulder the shipping fee.
